Steve Robinson is a busy man. With 20 years in the building industry under his belt, he runs his own construction and building refurbishment companies, owns a growing portfolio of properties and employs up to 60 people at any one time.

He set up the property refurbishment arm of his Kingston upon Thames-based company,
S Robinson and Associates Ltd, about ten years ago and it now accounts for around one-third of his business.

Having someone on hand to sort out the financial arrangements when he buys a new property to redevelop, either to sell on or to keep as a buy-to-let, is a big weight off his mind when he’s juggling many different demands on his time.
