Success On The Menu For Rock Client's New Restaurant

The team at Kingston upon Thames-based Rock Financial Consultants are sure that client Sami Wasif has the perfect recipe for success with his latest restaurant venture.

Mr Wasif is currently putting the finishing touches to what will be the third in his London mini-chain of Eco pizza restaurants, which will open at the end of October in Chiswick High Street.

There are other branches of Eco – well-known in the capital for its trademark pizzas, made with authentic, top quality, Italian ingredients – in Brixton and Clapham and Mr Wasif is also the proprietor of the Esca delicatessen in Clapham and Absolutely Starving in the City.

He has a long-standing relationship with Rock Financial Consultants, who specialise in a wide range of financial services, including mortgages, buy-to-lets, commercial loans, financial planning and investments.

For Mr Wasif’s latest venture, Rock worked with Mr Wasif to seek suitable funding to refurbish the new restaurant premises – including adding an extension – and install the necessary fixtures and fittings. The funding for the restaurant has been sourced through Royal Bank of Scotland.

Mr Wasif said: “Rock are very proactive and imaginative in the way they work. I cannot imagine being able to find a better service anywhere else.”
